Le Mirador

After years searching for their dream property, our clients fell in love with this prestigious 80’s chalet for its stunning views and contemporary architecture; appreciating its huge potential rather than the quirky tastes of the previous owner (he was a devoted chasseur, and the property was full of taxidermy “trophies”!).

We have been appointed to re-design the interior layout and undertake a complete top to bottom renovation of the property. Having gutted the building back to its concrete shell, we then worked with the structural engineers and steelwork contractor to remove load-bearing walls, move doorways etc. to achieve the open-plan requirements of the new owners. Our regular team are installing a new heat-pump system and underfloor heating throughout, a complete rewire, new custom kitchen, new bathroom fit-outs and gorgeous bespoke carpentry. We are teaming old wood with a vibrant paint palette, demonstrating our signature fusion of traditional alpine design with a modern twist.

The project is due for completion in late 2024
